About Ms. Kenyon

Amy KenyonAmy K. Kenyon spent years in the collections industry, working on behalf of high profile lending institutions, holding positions as a collector, a paralegal, an accounting clerk, and a liaison for important banking clients. Though she could not comprehend the value of such experience at the time, the opportunities in the collections industry armed her with the tools and resources that would later be used to successfully establish a creditor abuse department in a law firm.

After graduating Cum Laude with a J.D. Degree from Barry University School of Law in 2009, Ms. Kenyon continued her career in individual collections and business to business collections as an attorney. However, realizing that her hunger to serve society was not being satisfied in the collections industry, Ms. Kenyon took a position at a law firm handling foreclosure defense, debtor defense, and creditor abuse cases. Working on the other side, protecting you, the consumer, has become Ms. Kenyon's legal focus.

Today, Ms. Kenyon practices consumer defense, including foreclosure defense, debtor defense, debt negotiation and reduction, and consumer collection act violations. In her spare time, she volunteers for community pro bono clinics.
